You tell us what you are looking for. We reply and tell you plainly whether and when we expect to have something suitable.

Viewing
We show you the property in person and answer your questions about rent, service charges and move-in date.

Lease
Once your documents are reviewed, we draw up the lease. Your contact stays the same person who showed you around.
